After reading some of these wonderful posts by fellow ENFPs and doing some soul searching..as we do.. I was wondering if any of you could relate to these issues:
Maps- I have zero sense of direction.. I could be shown how to get some where 3 or 4 times and still get lost. I'm usually too busy chatting with the person showing me..to take notice in where we are actually going.. and then I think.. I'll remember where it is.. and usually don't. Is a tiny problem as a world traveller:) Thus.. making me late all the time!
Food- I feel the need to be eating different things everyday.. You won't find me with the same ham sandwich in my lunch bag all the time.. and planning to cook something for dinner always has to be something interesting.
Privacy- As I get older I am becoming more and more protective of my privacy. I think I was once an open book.. but, now perhaps after a few emotional scars.. I become progressively more annoyed with people who intervene my personal space..
Anyone…

Re: Maps, Food, and Privacy
Tue, July 21, 2009 - 3:23 AMMaps- I would consider my sense of direction as average. After the first time I go somewhere, I'm usually able to remember. However, sometimes I get lost when I try to find faster/different ways to get to the same place!
Food- I definitely need to have variety in my diet. I cannot go w/ PB&J every day...

Re: Maps, Food, and Privacy
Wed, July 22, 2009 - 11:35 AMI'm great with maps! I love maps for some reason, on long road trips I find myself pouring over maps (looking at best routes, cities, topography-especially topography) I've gone over the New Mexico road map so many times I can't remember, but I still find it enjoyable-finding new points of interest, towns, peaks, state parks I'd missed before (then put them on the to do list of places to see)
Food wise, I find myself in the poor student rut. I LOVE to cook and entertain, but my meager budget allows for very little in this area. Mainly I'm forced to eat the same repetitive things day after day. Eggs and toast in the morning, some sort of crappy sandwich for lunch, a few chicken breasts after lifting, cereal and bread after riding, blah blah blah. Dinner is where I'm the most creative, when I have money lunch will get creative, and I actually enjoy my breakfast routine.
Privacy- I've always maintained a veil of secrecy although at times it's rather diaphanous. I like to keep some things about myself to myself. In some weird way it helps me maintain some sort of independence from friends and family. Maybe I should get that checked out, hmmm....
