Being an ENFP means being good at everything we touch. Why, this last weekend I played horseshoes with my family for the first time since I was a child, and naturally I lead everyone in points by the second game when I'd found my stride.
Because we intrinsically look for the finer mechanical details to everything we do, we have a leg up on everyone around us. It's a handy skill, as we are all aware. Couple that with our lust for dipping our toes into every new stream that we come across, and you end up with a laundry list chock full of random talents.
Being that you are basically me, you already know why I want to know.. I'm bored! lol. I need a new distraction, and I'm coming to you, my virtual brethren, for assistance in the removal of my boredoom.
I'll start! I've mastered the flute and the piano, am currently learning guitar and violin, with plans to pick up my mother's sax and my father's trumpet. I plan to some day raise sheep, sheer them, spin their yarn, dye it, and sell it. Yay farms! I program in HTML, JAVA, and 2 minor languages. I SCUBA dive. I can manipulate a photo like nobody's business. etc. etc.
Those are just a few, of course, but I fear I might go for at least a dozen more paragraphs if I don't stop myself now lol. Happy listing!

Re: What are your randomly awesome skills? Obscure jobs you've had? Awesome talents?
Fri, May 22, 2009 - 12:46 PMI seem to have totally missed out on your musical skills. I can sew, make patterns, do beading, emrbroidery, carve foam, design tents, draw. . . most things that involve fine motor skills and 3D thinking, I kick as at board games, and most of my significant others hate playing card games with me because I usually win.

Mon, May 25, 2009 - 1:39 AMGuitar, drums, drawing football helmets, building/fixing bikes, riding bikes, basketball, backflips, tony hawk pro skater, xbox 360 Skate, doodling funny pictures of professors, reading peoples sense of humor - then mimicking it (but thats all ENFPs - aren't we amazing?) -

Sat, December 19, 2009 - 3:12 AMGood post Paula! Hmmm now let me see...anything sporty and compeditive funnily enough, anything creative and inspirational, designing funky t-shirts, guitar (blues and jazz), percussion, languages ( I speak 3- Irish, English, Spanish!), presenting, making fun of the mundane, writing, money laundering, racketeering, crosswords and writing funny emails!!
P.S. Oh and modesty too, I've bucket loads! Really.

Tue, December 29, 2009 - 8:27 PMDrumming is my top talent, I am a techno-geek (my profession is IT) and can figure out nearly anything electronic. I have always been a strong athlete, now my strongest in wakeboarding and snowboarding, but hockey and badminton in the past.
I am also a good speaker, have had many comments on speeches and emcee duties that I have performed.
I love learning new skills and being the 'quick learner' does help a lot. -

Thu, December 31, 2009 - 12:18 AMi love people and am told i have a very friendly and comforting disposition,. I'm said to have a way with words, I can be given any word and repeat it backwards in a split second, it's kinda weird actually. I love and appreciate anything creative especially in music and literature. I used to excel in sports, but i really don't know anymore. i love getting fucked up while listening to music and talking to people. I am also exceptionally punny, almost to an annoying degree.
